Internal Sales Manager
Due to rapid company growth, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will support and develop the internal sales team in our Mount Arlington, NJ office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a substantial income through a generous base salary and target-based commission plan.
We are looking for the following:
Leadership & Management
- Setting the standard through personal example.
- Demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency and financial responsibility.
- Day-to-day staff development, oversight, coaching and training.
Sales Experience
- Execute the sales process from initial contact through completion of the order to long-term customer follow up.
- Build relationships with customers to increase sales of additional products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and provide product demonstrations to customers.
- Assist the sales team in the qualification and quotation process.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the complete MediaStar product line.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Performance Management
- Creating and sustaining a performance-driven culture by developing a competitive and enthusiastic environment.
- Appraising Performance, Rewarding and Disciplining employees.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years experience in telesales required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisor/management role required.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all organizational levels.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Requires sophisticated use of various computer software applications including Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexible and innovative, with the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel 0-10% of the time.
