If required, we can provide system commissioning, to get your MediaStar system configured and up and running quickly, comprehensive training and a Help Desk with telephone support for day to day issues and expert on-site analysis if appropriate.

All backed up by a Service Centre that can keep a MediaStar System in top order for many years to come.

Finally, our Warranty and Advanced Replacement packages offer peace of mind that should anything go wrong, we’ll be there to get it sorted.

Onsite Commissioning //

The integration of complex A/V and IT systems can be a complex issue. Working with our Integration Partners, we offer an Onsite Commissioning service to ensure that any MediaStar system installation is optimised to its maximum performance in the shortest time possible. For more information please contact Cabletime Support or your sales representative.

Advanced Replacement //

With IPTV solutions increasingly prominent in all sectors there is seldom a ‘good’ time for an unscheduled service interruption. Such outages are often more than just an inconvenient loss of media; more often it can mean a loss of revenue.

How does AR work? At initial purchase you can elect to add AR cover for each individual item of MediaStar equipment for up to three years. In the event that you experience a MediaStar hardware malfunction or failure during that time, a replacement unit will be promptly dispatched to you. Repair + Refurbishment //

Despite exacting design criteria and stringent controls at our manufacturing plant, sometimes products in the field will fail and require repair or refurbishment. The Company operates a dedicated service centre at its premises offering fixed cost repairs and prompt turnaround so that you can keep your MediaStar system “as new” condition at all times. To take advantage of this service please see Cabletime RMA policy.

Product Warranty //

To ensure peace of mind Cabletime offers a full 24 month warranty on all its manufactured products. In the event that a failure should occur within the warranty period, the company undertakes to repair or replace the item free of charge. For details see the Standard Product Warranty and Return to Base (RTB) Policy.
