London, 4 February 2016. Integrated Systems Europe (9-12 February 2016, RAI, Amsterdam) will provide the forum for Cabletime to launch two media player solutions and unveil its brand new content creation software.
782 AV Media Player
This next generation MediaStar Media Player platform, which delivers 4K screen resolution and rich HTML 5 support as well as full multizone digital signage capabilities will be demonstrated on Cabletime’s booth (10-P116). The new Player provides multi resolution support up to 4K and provides users with Cabletime’s new Media Rich interface. The player has many capabilities in addition to the IPTV decode functions that customers expect from IPTV players. The 4K resolution provides a broader and more precise pallet of pixels to layout HD streamed content from a network or media storage such as Cabletime’s iVOD server, displays HTML 5 web pages, overlays tickers and corporate logos and is capable of decoding 4K content. It will ensure that media networks are 4K ready for content that will become increasingly available.
782-DS Digital Signage Media Player
The MediaStar 782 DS has all the capabilities of the 782-AV but is integrated with the new MediaStar Creator software. This software allows users to quickly and easily aggregate diverse media content into attractive and eye catching media screens.
MediaStar Creator Software
Cabletime will be showing, for the first time, its brand new Creator content creation software, which completes the 782 DS package. Bringing together the small format and low power draw of the players and the creative abilities of the new software, the 782 DS is ideal for deployment throughout any enterprise, and will be suitable to meet every creative need from complex signage creations, through up-to-the-minute web displays to more simple presentations or images for display.
782 AV Media Player Key Features
The 782 AV and DS Models work in conjunction with Cabletime’s Mediastar Manager 7.4 suite of software that Cabletime will also be previewing at the show.
Shaun Oxenham, CEO at Cabletime, said: “We are now able to offer the full gamut of digital signage functionality for every level of user and this, along with the 4K and HTML support that our media player now delivers is a game-changer for Cabletime. The exciting range of solutions that we are launching at ISE 2016 enhances our offer not just during the event, but for the year to come.”
