Presentation focuses on total integrated IPTV school solution

Mount Arlington, NJ,  14 June 2011. Cabletime USA, developer of the MediaStar range of IPTV distribution and digital signage solutions, is taking part in the ‘Effective Digital Classroom’ event being delivered by SAFARI Montage at ISTE 2011, the National Educational Computing Conference.

The event, which takes place at the Philadelphia Convention Center, June 26-29, provides a line-up of presentations by educators and ed-tech thought leaders. Cabletime’s session, on the second day of the event, will be delivered by Ed Carabetta, VP Technical Services, who will be joined by Shannon Yeager, VP System Solutions at SAFARI Montage.

Delegates will be able to hear how educators can integrate a solution combining IPTV, digital signage and digital media. Using customer examples, the presentation will focus on the benefits of Cabletime’s high performance encoding solutions and how the boundaries of classroom instruction can be pushed further with access to streamed live digital video.
